Cobwebs
Read Isaiah 59:5-8 from your Bible
They also use what is called “cobwebs”, to attack their victims. They set up cobwebs to afflict people. Cobweb is a symbol of blockage. It can be physical or spiritual. You may see cobwebs in your dream. You could see cobwebs all around the area where you are.
You may be praying and see cobwebs manifesting, then you know it is the kingdom of witchcraft that is attacking you.
It is necessary for you to know all these facts, so that when you are praying you can now identify the kingdom in charge and then position yourself to deal with the kingdom specifically. Because, if you don’t pray the right prayer, there will be no right answer.
Every cobweb afflicting you cut it asunder by the power of God. As you pray, you must spend some days to fast to deal with it. You cannot just see cobweb and say I rebuke you in the name of Jesus.
Matthew 11:12 says:
“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”
You have to equip yourself, empower yourself, fast and pray to receive strength, so that you can break loose.
How Do You Handle This Witchcraft Operation?
- First, give your life to JESUS as your Lord and Savior and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit ( Romans 10:9-10, Acts 1:8).
- Be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might (Ephesians 6:10). To be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might is to be strong in the word (Colossians 3:16) and be filled constantly with the Holy Spirit praying always in tongues.
- Put on the whole armour of God so you maybe able to stand against the wiles of witchcraft operations (Ephesians 6:11). To put on the whole armour of God is to wear the various aspects of the armour not some but the complete armour which symbolize spiritual truth. This is done by constantly declaring and walking in the awareness and truth of scriptures.
- Engage in regular fasting in order to build your power base and you will have dominion over witchcraft forces and their operations (Isaiah 58:6 – 14).
- Raise prayer altar against them by praying against them and their operations (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
- Engage the help of the Holy Spirit in prayer by praying in tongues if you have the gift (Romans 8:26).
- Plead the blood of Jesus for elongated time against witchcraft stronghold (Revelation 12:11).
- Ensure you are not living in sin that will give them a foothold especially sexual immorality (1 Peter 1:16).
Sample prayer:
- Every witchcraft agents using cobwebs to afflict me be arrested in the name of Jesus – Luke 10:19 for 5 minutes.
- Every attack of cobwebs against me I reverse the effect in the name of Jesus – Matt. 18:18 for 5 minutes
- Every cobweb program against me be destroyed in the name of Jesus – Matt. 18:18 for 5 minutes
- Every spider behind the cobwebs be roasted by fire in the name of Jesus – Luke 10:19 for 5 minutes
- Every witchcraft agenda for me I reverse it in the name of Jesus – Job 5:12
- I plead the blood of Jesus, blood of Jesus, blood of Jesus, blood of Jesus paralyse their operations for 5 minutes – Revelation 12:11
- Pray in tongues for 5 minutes if you have the gift – Romans 8:26
