Another covenant position we need to assume to have all our needs met by God is found in Job 22:21-25.
The next thing to do is to get acquainted with God. We need to be intimate with Him through a genuine covenant walk. It is only after then that we can receive the law from Him. Many are running with the law without first being in touch with the law giver so they are not in touch with what He carries.
….If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up. It is, therefore, left to us. If we return with a crave for Him, we will have all our needs met. Carnality is a major disqualifier for having all our needs met.
He also said, Thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. So, where we are standing is what determines what becomes of us.
It is important to remember that every time God blesses, He secures the blessings Himself. If you return to the Almighty, then the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. The Almighty being our defense means no devil can break through to you. That is why the Bible also says, The blessings of the Lord makes rich, and he adds no sorrow (Proverbs 10:22). When He blesses you because you are acquainted with Him, they may hate you, but they can’t do you any harm. The Lord shall be thy defense. That means it’s not a security man that is defending the gate, but God! It is God at our door and bedside as well! He is our defense!
So, walking with Him enhances our security on the earth! That means no accidents on our paths, no mishaps for our children, and no evil tidings from home. That’s what He said; and all we need to enjoy this is to correctly position ourselves to Him by getting acquainted.
Acquaint now thyself with Him, thereby good shall come unto you. From this day onward, only good things shall be associated with us, in Jesus’ name. He said, You shall be at peace.
I decree, “Peace be still” to every storm in any area of your life, in Jesus’ mighty name!
shalom!
