God has also given the Church power for wealth, to enable her walk in financial dominion. But like all God’s provision, you need to know how to access it. Financial dominion can only be attained through the giving grace.
Deuteronomy 8:18 says:
“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.”
The power to get wealth is a product of the giving power. Jesus said in John 10:17:
“Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.”
Power to lay down is what provokes power to receive. For example, God could only receive other sons to glory after His first-born Son Jesus, had first laid down His life.
Likewise, there is yet the power that enables you to lay things down. It is the giving power. It is the secret behind the power to get wealth.
Until the power to lay things down begins to work in your life, the power to receive will not go into motion.
There is nothing called rain in the atmosphere. The moisture that evaporates from the earth is what forms rain. The reason you have a lot of rainfall along the coast is because there is a continuous evaporation from the sea. Once moisture gets to a particular height, it condenses, and as soon as the atmosphere can no longer hold it, it falls down as rain. Rainfall is a product of evaporation.
In the same vain, if nothing first goes up from you, don’t expect anything to come down to you.
Some find it difficult to give because they have not yet received this Power. When the power to lay down comes upon them, they will no longer feel the pinch of sacrifice.
This is the force behind plenty and financial dominion.
Receive the power to lay down now in order to walk in financial dominion.
