THINGS TO DO IF YOU KEEP SEEING ATTACKS IN YOUR SLEEP

Firstly, invite Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Secondly, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil — Ephesians 6:10-11.

  1. Examine Your Foundation And Close Every Open Door: Scripture. Ephesians 4:27. Give no place to the devil. Repeated night attacks often point to an open door. It may be sin tolerated, bitterness hidden, fear entertained, or involvement with things that carry spiritual weight. The enemy looks for legality, not opportunity alone. Sit before God and ask Him to search you, Psalm 139:23-24. If there is compromise, repent specifically. Do not pray general prayers. Name what must be cut off. When the door is closed, the access weakens.
  2. Cleanse Your Night Season With The Word Of God: Scripture. Psalm 119:9. How can a young man cleanse his way. By taking heed according to Your Word. Before you sleep, read Scripture aloud and declare it over your room. The Word is not decoration, it is atmosphere. When Jesus was tempted, Matthew 4, He answered with written Word. You must fill your space with Scripture so that your sleep rests inside covenant language. Play worship songs quietly if necessary. Let your last meditation before sleep be the Word, not social media or fear.
  3. Pray Targeted Prayers Of Authority: Scripture. Luke 10:19. I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions. If attacks persist, you must stop praying weakly. Stand and speak with authority in the Name of Jesus. Declare that your body, your soul, and your dreams belong to God. Command every strange presence to leave your night. Do not beg darkness. Resist it, James 4:7. Your authority is not emotional, it is legal through Christ. Use it boldly.
  4. Fast And Redraw Spiritual Boundaries: Scripture. Mark 9:29. This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.
Some patterns will not shift by casual prayer. If attacks are consistent, set apart a day or three to fast and pray specifically about your sleep. Ask God to reveal the root. During the fast, declare Psalm 91 daily. Fasting humbles the flesh and strengthens the spirit. It recalibrates your spiritual environment and redraws boundaries around your life.
  5. Establish Night Watch Prayer: Scripture. Psalm 63:6. When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches. If the enemy uses the night, you can also use the night. Wake for ten to fifteen minutes at midnight or early morning and pray intentionally. Not fearfully, but strategically. Thank God. Declare His Lordship. Speak peace over your sleep. Night watch prayer trains your spirit to govern the hours that once troubled you. When you take control spiritually, disturbances lose strength.

What To Do Now

Child of God, begin tonight. Repent where necessary. Read Psalm 91 and Psalm 23 aloud before sleep. Declare the blood of Jesus over your body and your room. If attacks continue, set a short fast within this week. Remove objects, media, or habits that defile your spirit. Stay rooted in consistent prayer and the Word of God, not occasional panic prayers.

Remember this, greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, 1 John 4:4. Night attacks are not proof of defeat, they are signals that you must rise in authority.
