In Africa mythology masquerades are the embodiments of all evil powers. It represents the depth of satanic power. Any form of attack by masquerades should not be taken lightly at all. Masquerades are sent by witchcraft spirits and other demonic spirits. Their purpose is to disgrace you and push you into restlessness. You have to rebuke them aggressively in Jesus’ name. You must paralyse their powers and use your weapons against them.
When pursued by one in the dream, it means ancestral and witchcraft powers are after you.
If it flogged you, expect affliction.
If you see yourself dancing with one in the dream, it portends backsliding, ancestral connection and prayerlessness.
Take these prayers
- Stand on psalm 121 and ask for the help of God against dreams of masquerade.
- Every dream of seeing masquerade by me, I reverse the effect, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every flog against me in the dream by masquerade, I reverse the effect, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I bind the power of masquerade over my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every masquerade in my dream be destroyed by the blood of Jesus Christ.
- By the blood of Jesus, I break loose from every connection with ancestral/witchcraft spirits of masquerade, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- If you can spend quality time to pray intongues (if you have the gift), for atleast one hour daily, your dream life will be intact.
But first, invite Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior, and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God so you maybe able to stand against the wiles of the devil – Ephesians 6:10-11.
