There are two kinds of sexual dreams:-
One indicates a symptom of marriage covenant in the spirit realm.
The other is a witchcraft means of contamination or pollution of human beings to put them into bondage.
The resultant effects of these dreams are as follows:
Reproductive organs can be easily manipulated not to function well i.e. pregnancies can be hindered.
Pregnancies can be aborted, or miscarriages occur. Menstrual flow can be affected, stopped or the flow could become excessive.
Sediments from sexual dreams can be responsible for terrible menstrual pains. Sperm count can be reduced to become very low. Errection failure can be introduced. Acute impotence can also be established
Growth in the womb can be established. Blockage of fallopian tubes can be established
Sexual inhibitions can result. Hormonal imbalance may occur. Barrenness could be the final outcome of sexual dreams.
The Good News!
The good news is that Jesus has paid for your freedom already from sexual dreams through his death, burial, and resurrection – all you need is to enforce your freedom by faith (1Timothy 6:12).

You spirit spouse, I summon you now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. On these note, I divorce you by faith in the name of Jesus Christ with my witnesses THE SPIRIT, THE WATER AND THE BLOOD according to 1 John 5:8. I present my witnesses in the heavenly court by faith and I make the following declaration: In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I command you to stop in your operations against me, stop your manipulation against me. 6 . Any spiritual covenant of marriage established by me through sexual immorality with an agent of the devil, I renounce and break it by the covenant blood of Jesus — Isaiah 49:24-26, Colossians 2:14.
7 . Any spiritual covenant of marriage through association, dedication, involvement with native/witch doctors, the occult, demonic prayer houses and spiritualists, I renounce and break it by the covenant blood of Jesus — Isaiah 49:24-26, Colossians 2:14
8 . By the blood of Jesus, I command everything that entered into me through sexual dreams to come out of me now. In the name of Jesus, I command every representative and point of contact of the spiritual spouse to come out of me now in Jesus name — Matthew 15:13
