Sometimes there is acute lack of growth in the church through the operation of witchcraft. All efforts to bring growth to the church will be futile especially if the wife of the topmost leader is also involved in witchcraft. Some wives of church leaders are demonized and neck – deep in witchcraft to hinder the growth of the church.
A church leader invited a Prophet to
minister in his church because the church was not growing, As the Prophet was ministering, he saw a bird on the head of the wife of the church leader. The Prophet confronted her and told her pointedly to desist from hindering the growth of the church with her witchcraft. She denied being involved in witchcraft but the Prophet prayed that God will expose her. She fell under the anointing and confessed. She was then taken through deliverance. After her deliverance the church began to grow.
