The church must sit in heavenly places with Christ.
“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Eph. 2:6).
This is the positional truth about the church. It means that we must have vital relationship with the Lord, know Him intimately and have deep and living fellowship with Him on daily basis.
It is then we are positionally seated with Him above all powers, principalities and wicked spirits. By virtue of our relationship with Christ, we are far above all the evil powers of the enemy.
“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power. Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And he hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church” (Eph. 1:19-22)
The church must believe and live by this positional truth. We are seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all forces of evil and everything is under our feet, provided we live and have the right relationship with Him.
