There are battles fought from the sea (i.e. underneath the earth). The marine kingdom constantly wage war against the destiny of man. It could also be physical with the use of warships, or spiritual with the deployment of sea-like creatures or forces to harm the destinies of men. There are evil altars, thrones of darkness, spiritual banks beneath the earth where many destinies are tied and manipulated.
However, whether these battles are from the heavenlies, earth/ground, or sea, Philippians 2:10 tells us that the name of JESUS is more than able to give us victory.
