Battle can also be mental. When one reads or studies and cannot comprehend, academically or otherwise, such a person is under mental attack (mental blockage). Read Luke 24:25 from your Bible.
Academic failure may not only be attributed to lack of intelligence. One may be intelligent but finds himself or herself always failing academic tests or exams. This is due to spiritual manipulations that he/she must contend with in battle if there will be academic advancement. This academic failure may be due to spells, jinx or curses.
